Job description
Job Title: Stacker/Packer Job Description
nThe role involves supporting machine operators by loading and unloading large rolls of coatings. This position includes general production tasks such as prepping and setting up pallets, using a nail gun, rolling and loading new rolls on pallets, and unloading and rolling used rolls onto other pallets. You will be responsible for securing rolls using wrapping and wires and directing forklift operators as needed.
nResponsibilities
nnnPrep and set up pallets, potentially using a nail gun.

nnRoll and load new rolls onto pallets and unload used rolls onto other pallets.
n
nnSecure rolls using wrapping and wires.
n
nnDirect forklift operators to ensure efficient operations.
n
n nEssential Skills
nnnExperience in production, stacking, loading, packing, and general labor.
n
nnAbility to use a pallet jack.
n
nnSkills in palletizing and pallet building.
n
nnCompetence in inventory management.
n
n nAdditional Skills & Qualifications
nnnComfortable being on feet for the entire shift.
n
nnPhysically capable of handling rollable heavy weights.
n
nnPersonal protective equipment required: steel toe boots, safety glasses, earbuds, and gloves. Glasses, buds, and gloves are provided.

nPay and Benefits
nThe pay range for this position is $18.20 - $18.20/hr.
nIndividual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
