Stacker/PalletizerAt Pilgrim's, safety is a condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first - always.Responsibilities:Stack boxes that weigh up to 50lbs in the correct numbered amountTransfer boxes from conveyer belt to wooden pallet without damaging the productOccasionally operate forklift and pallet jackUse handheld scanner and stickers to palletize boxes accuratelyOther duties as assignedWhat you'll need:Pallet jack or forklift certification preferredHandheld scanner experience preferredAbility to work in cold environmentAbility to work well with othersAbility to lift 50 lbs. or moreDemonstrated ability to perform basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication (prove it test)Why work for Pilgrim's?Schedule: Sunday night – Thursday nights with occasional weekends. 11:25pm – 8:30amBenefits: Vision, medical, and dental coverage begin after 60 days of employmentPaid time off: Sick leave, vacation, company observed holidays or any other statutorily required paid leave401(k): Company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting scheduleBase salary: $22.94 plus $1.00 shift differentialCareer development: Our company is dedicated to supporting professional growth by offering continuous learning opportunities and a focus on career growth through various learning and development programsBetter futuresThe company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
