Stacking Machine OperatorJoin our dynamic team as a Stacking Machine Operator! Under the guidance of the Casting/Mixer Lead, you will play a vital role in setting up and operating our stacking machine, ensuring the highest quality of dielectric material sheets.Key responsibilities include:Set up and operate the stacking machine according to the specified traveler instructions.Stack sheets of dielectric material, maintaining adherence to build-up designs and dielectric types.Interpret travelers and locate program files for accurate SPC Data Entry.Conduct inspections of stacked bars using a microscope to ensure quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area, performing housekeeping tasks as assigned.Participate in cross-training for versatility in various roles within the department.Communicate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.Qualifications include:High school diploma or GED required.Experience in setting up and operating semi-automated machines preferred.Familiarity with microscope use and basic computer skills.Solid math skills and strong verbal/written communication abilities.What we offer:Full-time position with 40+ hours per week.Opportunities for career development and skill enhancement.A collaborative work environment with a focus on employee well-being.Join us today!
