Staff Accountant (Accounts Payable Focus)
Salary: $56,000-$67,000/year DOE
Location: On-Site, Gig Harbor

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
Process high-volume accounts payable invoices, coding, and data entry
Manage AP transactions and vendor invoice processing during ERP implementation
Support invoice validation, data cleansing, and vendor master file accuracy ahead of system go-live
Assist with account reconciliations, GL entries, and AP-related month-end activities
Prepare AP documentation and support year-end audit requests
Help identify and improve AP processes during system and workflow transitions
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
2+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience
Experience with invoice processing, coding, and AP workflows
ERP experience preferred; system conversion experience is a plus
Ability to manage transactional accounting work with strong attention to detail
