We foster a supportive environment that respects your time outside of the office.Stability & Career Growth: We are committed to your professional evolution, offering long-term career mapping and internal promotion opportunities as we scale.The Role: Impact & ResponsibilitiesAs our Staff Accountant, you will be a vital part of our day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and transparency across our various entities.Financial Operations & ReportingGeneral Ledger Management: Maintain accurate books by preparing and posting journal entries for multiple companies.The Closing Process: Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including complex bank and balance sheet reconciliations.A/P & A/R Mastery: Process transactions with precision, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.Analysis & Insights: Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to help drive business decisions.Audit, Compliance & InnovationAudit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules and meticulous documentation.Tech Integration: Utilize our advanced software suite and AI-driven tools to automate routine tasks and enhance reporting accuracy.Ethical Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and healthcare-specific regulations (HIPAA, CMS guidelines).What You Bring to the TableExperience: 2–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, in healthcare or a corporate setting required.Multi-Company Comfort: Ability to handle the complexities of managing accounts for multiple sets of books.Tech-Forward Mindset: Advanced Excel skills and a passion for embracing AI and new accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.).Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Associate's degree with relevant experience considered).Traits: Exceptional accuracy, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit.Compensation & Premier BenefitsPay: $30+ per hour (Depending on Experience).Quarterly Bonus: Share in our success through our performance-based bonus program.Continuing Education: We invest in your expertise by supporting ongoing professional development and continuing education.Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance.Retirement: 401(k) with company match.Work Environment: A beautiful on-site office in Playa Vista, CA, that prioritizes work-life balance.
