Accountant PositionWe are looking for an Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations for a busy team in Orlando, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both payables, receivables, payroll and reconciliation with accuracy. The successful candidate will help maintain reliable financial records, process transactions efficiently, and contribute to smooth accounting workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and process customer invoices and vendor bill accurately and timely.Post and apply customer payments to the appropriate accounts and invoices.Create, review, and maintain purchase orders (POs) and match bills to POs and supporting documentation.Research and resolve bill payment, pricing, quantity, and PO discrepancies.Assist with customer and vendor account reconciliations.Respond professionally to questions from customers, franchisees, vendors, and internal teams.Assist with month-end close, bank reconciliations, other accounting reconciliations.Follow established accounting procedures and internal controls.Support the Finance & Accounting team with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
