Compensation: Up to $85k + 5% annual bonus + 401K matching (100% on first 3% and then 50% on next 2%)

About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Accounting Analyst to support inventory management, purchasing processes, operational compliance, and accounting activities within a growing organization. This role partners closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, process consistency, and effective internal controls.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a collaborative environment, has strong analytical skills, and can successfully manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Support inventory control activities, physical inventory counts, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Assist operations personnel with inventory, purchasing, and materials-related processes and inquiries
Collaborate with accounting, procurement, operations, and other departments on process improvements and cross-functional initiatives
Prepare reporting and analysis to support operational and financial decision-making
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardization, accuracy, and compliance
Support month-end close activities and ensure deadlines are met
Review, research, and resolve discrepancies within financial records and reports
Partner with internal and external auditors by providing supporting documentation and requested information
Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
1-4 years of accounting, finance, inventory, or related experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability xavwley to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Public accounting experience
Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing, distribution, logistics, construction, or operations-focused environment
Experience supporting inventory and operational accounting processes
