What Our Clients Typically Look For:
2–5 years of general accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with an ERP or accounting system
Solid understanding of the month-end close and general ledger
Someone who's hands-on, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
What These Roles Usually Involve:
Preparing and posting journal entries
Supporting the month-end and year-end close
Account reconciliations and variance analysis
Assisting with AP and AR as needed
Maintaining general ledger records and supporting documentation
Preparing recurring financial reports and schedules
Assisting with audit requests and process improvements
Partnering with teams across accounting, operations, and sales
