Job description
Capital One is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to join a remote‑eligible team building scalable AI systems for banking. You will work with cross‑functional partners to design and deploy AI software components, from foundation model training to multi‑model workflows, using Open Source and SaaS technologies.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of AI/ML experience, strong Python/Java/CUDA skills, and a track record of operationalizing enterprise AI architectures.
