Job description
Capital One is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to build responsible, scalable AI systems. You will partner with engineers, scientists, PMs, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products that transform how associates work and how customers interact with Capital One.
You will design, develop, and deploy AI software components, including foundation model training, LLM inference, agents and multi-agent workflows, and governance with observability.
