Job description
LawNY® seeks an immediate full-time Staff Attorney in its Housing Unit in Elmira to provide direct legal representation in eviction defense for eligible, low-income clients. The attorney will develop expertise in housing issues and collaborate with partners to advance social and economic justice in Western New York.
The role requires admission to New York State, a strong commitment to serving low-income communities, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
