Patterns Hiring - Perm is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic for a nursing job in Jaffrey, New Hampshire.

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Family Practice Clinic
Location: Jaffrey, NH
Schedule: Full-Time Days Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Weekend: Rotating Saturdays 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
Requirements:
Previous nursing experience required; new graduates not accepted
Active RN or LPN license (NH or compact license)
BLS (AHA) certification required
Clinic / Outpatient / Family Practice experience preferred
Patient assessment, medication administration, and patient education skills
Strong documentation and care coordination skills
Candidates must be actively relocating to New Hampshire
