Role: Clinical Pharmacist
Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Schedule: Days (Rotating Weekends)
Position Overview
Join a 267-bed acute care hospital as a Clinical Pharmacist, providing clinical pharmacy services, medication management, pharmacokinetic monitoring, anticoagulation support, renal dosing, and interdisciplinary patient care.
Requirements
* PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited program
* Active Florida Pharmacist license
* 1+ year of hospital pharmacist experience preferred, or PGY1 residency
* Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
