Areas of focus for Healthcare Consulting Staff will span all or some of the following:
Compensation Valuation and Design
Transaction Advisory Services
Business Valuation
Healthcare Strategy
Healthcare Revenue and Compliance Advisory
Healthcare Operations Assessment and Improvements
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the successful completion of various healthcare client projects within a team environment by solving strategic issues requiring analytical, financial, and writing skills
Conduct research and data analysis for client reports and presentations
Prepare excellent client deliverables while balancing firm risk and compliance with appropriate professional standards
Identify and communicate business improvement opportunities to the Firm's management team
QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant educational backgrounds may include: Accounting, finance, or other analytical business disciplines
Business Administration, Public Health, and/or Health Administration or related fields
Graduate degree(s) and/or demonstrated professional experience in business and healthcare environments preferred
Outstanding written or oral communication skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Creative problem-solving skills with a high level of strategic, analytic, and conceptual skills with passion for helping clients
Demonstrated experience self-reviewing work product and exhibiting attention to detail
