Job description
OpenAI is hiring a Staff-level Data Scientist to lead improvements in their experimentation platform. The ideal candidate will have strong statistical expertise and hands-on experience building platforms at scale. You’ll address complex challenges in online experimentation and translate statistical concepts into practical solutions. This role will work in a hybrid model, primarily based in Bellevue, with a compensation range of $293K – $325K USD.
