Job description
Flex, a NYC headquartered FinTech, seeks a Staff Data Scientist to guide analytics projects across Go-To-Market and Account Management. You will champion truth-seeking and bring data-led storytelling to strategic decisions, balancing rigor with business impact.
The role is hybrid with on-site 3 days per week at our New York headquarters, reporting to the Director of Analytics. You will build dashboards, establish causal links, and drive improvements across the organization.
