Job description
Cathedral Health Care Center in Jasper, IN is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (LPN/RN preferred, RN strongly preferred) to support clinical education, infection prevention, compliance, and quality initiatives. This role is ideal for a nurse with strong leadership skills and experience in behavioral/mental health settings.
The position offers full-time schedule with Monday-Friday hours, one on-call evening/night weekly, and periodic weekend on-call rotation.
