Job description
Kaiser Permanente seeks a Staff Educator RN to design, deliver, and evaluate clinical education programs supported by innovative IT and software tools. In this role, you’ll assess learning needs, develop evidence-based curricula, and lead training sessions for nursing staff across multiple units. You’ll leverage digital learning platforms, data dashboards, and online courseware to improve clinical quality, patient safety, and staff competency. Collaborating closely with nursing leadership, informatics, and IT teams, you will champion continuous improvement, support change initiatives, and mentor clinicians in best practices and new technologies.
