Job description
Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) seeks a Staff Engineer for New Product Development in Franklin Lakes, NJ, hybrid with 4 days in the office. You will define science and material platforms for next-gen TPE devices across infusion, drug delivery, and vascular access portfolios.
You will lead development of next-gen TPE formulations, design research strategies, and translate insights into scalable, data-driven design rules while collaborating across R&D, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing
