Job description
Lucid Motors in Michigan is seeking a Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer to lead the industrialization of exterior trim systems from early design through production launch and sustained manufacturing performance.
You will influence supplier selection, tooling readiness, APQP/PPAP, capacity validation, and quality control strategies while collaborating with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and NPI teams to ensure production readiness and on-time launches.
