Job description
Copper is seeking a Staff Firmware Engineer to own major portions of the embedded firmware stack for energy-storage-enabled appliances. You will design, implement, and test new firmware features while guiding connectivity and fleet telemetry.
You’ll lead robustness efforts across OTA updates, provisioning flows, and real-world testing on production devices, mentoring teammates as the team scales.
