Job description
Snorkel AI is seeking a Staff HR Business Partner to shape the Fellow Program in a strategic, 0-to-1 growth phase. You will own the people strategy, design the operating model, and partner with senior leaders to grow a scalable, high-quality Fellow workforce across locations.
The role is hybrid in San Francisco, CA, 3 days/week in office, with partnership across Recruiting, Total Rewards, Legal, and Finance to deliver a cohesive Fellow experience and drive growth.
