Job description
Reddit is seeking a Staff-level Machine Learning Engineer to join the App Ads Modeling team and report into the Ranking Org. You will design and train advanced ML models to power Reddit’s Ads Ranking and develop features and embeddings to improve effectiveness.
Work with product, infra and data teams on end-to-end deployment, performance analysis, and share modeling best practices; mentor other engineers and help shape long-term strategy across conversion and app ads.
