Job description
University Hospital, Newark is seeking a Staff Nurse to ensure safe, evidence-based patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation. You will educate patients and participate in discharge planning, while focusing on mobilization and preventing skin breakdown and falls.
As a licensed RN, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver goal-oriented care in a supportive environment, adhering to clinical standards and hospital policies.
