About This Role
The Staff Nurse II Float is a professional caregiver responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients in various units. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who excel in dynamic environments and possess strong clinical skills.

Pay: $94 - $112/hour
Location: Walnut Creek, CA
Facility: Walnut Creek Hospital
Schedule: Part-time, Night shift
What You'll Do
Perform assessment/data collection focusing on various patient statuses.
Formulate goal-directed plans of care.
Implement care consistently and thoroughly.
Establish patient care priorities based on needs and resources.
Identify and address patient/family learning needs.
Demonstrate awareness of patient/family rights and cultural beliefs.
Provide and coordinate care for patient populations.
Establish effective working relationships with healthcare team members.
Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by the healthcare team.
Participate in staff development activities for unit and department personnel.
Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma/GED
Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Staff Nurse
6 months recent experience in an acute care Adult Services unit
Licenses & Certifications:
Current Registered Nurse License in California
Basic Life Support certification required
