The Staff Nurse II - ICU is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients, providing comprehensive care through the nursing process and collaboration with the healthcare team. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who excel in critical care environments.

Perform assessment/data collection focusing on various patient statuses.

Demonstrate awareness of patient/family rights and cultural beliefs.
Provide and coordinate care for patients/patient populations.
Establish effective working relationships with healthcare team members.
