The Staff Nurse II - Med Tele is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients, providing comprehensive care through the nursing process and collaboration with the healthcare team. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to make a significant impact on patient care.

Perform assessment/data collection focusing on various patient statuses.

Demonstrate awareness of patient/family rights and cultural beliefs.
Provide/coordinate care for patients and patient populations.
Establish effective working relationships with healthcare team members.
Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of healthcare team members.
