About This Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) II is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients, providing care through the nursing process and collaboration with the healthcare team. This role is ideal for those with experience in emergency nursing who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

What You'll Do
Perform assessment/data collection focusing on various patient statuses.
Formulate goal-directed plans of care.
Implement care consistently and thoroughly.
Establish priorities based on patient needs and available resources.
Identify and address patient/family learning needs.
Demonstrate awareness of patient/family rights and cultural beliefs.
Provide and coordinate care for patients.
Establish effective working relationships with healthcare team members.
Delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare team members.
Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by the healthcare team.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma/GED
Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
Experience
One year recent experience as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department
Licenses & Certifications
Registered Nurse License (California)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 6 months of hire
Basic Life Support
Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire
