About This Role

What You'll Do
Perform assessment/data collection systematically, focusing on various patient statuses.
Formulate goal-directed plans of care when appropriate.
Implement care consistently and thoroughly.
Establish priorities for patient care based on needs and available resources.
Identify and address patient/family learning needs.
Demonstrate awareness of patient/family rights and cultural beliefs.
Provide and coordinate care for patients/patient populations.
Establish effective working relationships with healthcare team members and families.
Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of healthcare team members.
Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by the healthcare team.
