About This Role
The Staff Nurse II is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients, providing comprehensive care through the nursing process and collaboration with the healthcare team. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to make a significant impact on patient care.

What You'll Do
Perform assessment/data collection focusing on various patient statuses.
Formulate goal-directed plans of care as appropriate.
Implement care consistently and skillfully.
Establish patient care priorities based on needs and resources.
Identify and address patient/family learning needs.
Demonstrate awareness of patient/family rights and cultural beliefs.
Provide and coordinate care for patients/patient populations.
Establish effective working relationships with healthcare team members.
Delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare team members.
Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by the healthcare team.
Requirements
Education:
Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience:
Experienced level required
Licenses & Certifications:
Current RN License in California
