About This Role
The Staff Nurse II is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients, providing comprehensive care through the nursing process and collaboration with the healthcare team. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are committed to maintaining high standards of patient care.

Perform assessment/data collection focusing on various patient statuses.
Formulate a goal-directed plan of care when appropriate.
Implement care in a thorough and consistent manner.
Establish priorities for patient care based on needs and resources.
Identify patient/family learning needs and address them.
Demonstrate awareness of patient/family rights and cultural beliefs.
Provide/coordinate care for patients and populations.
Establish effective working relationships with healthcare team members.
Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members.
Evaluate effectiveness of care provided by team members.
