Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFunctioning under the clinical guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer, the staff nurse (LPN) participates in the assessment and care of clinic patients. This involves a variety of tasks requiring judgment born of solid knowledge and expertise in general nursing theory. The duties include, but are not limited to:
Thorough documentation in electronic health record at every visit.
Maintains a clean environment
Injections administered using the 7 patient administration rights
Timely call backs to patients
Assists with referrals as needed
Daily checking and response to email communications
Daily team huddles
Active, positive interaction with healthcare delivery team
Education and Experience
License to work as an LPN in the State of South Carolina
LPN Associate degree/diploma
Current BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
Six to twelve months experience in a community health center or family practice setting is strongly preferred.

Hours
Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
******$5,000 Sign - On Bonus Available******
