Overview

At Community First Solutions , our nursing team takes a resident-first approach—ensuring wellness plans are guided by each individual’s needs and goals. As a Staff Nurse LPN/RN, you’ll work side-by-side with our caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being. You’ll also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment. Your leadership at the bedside helps set the tone for quality, compassion, and teamwork—making Community First Solutions a place where both residents and staff thrive.

$1000 Sign-On Bonus for Full Time*********************************************

Schedules

AM or PM (6:00 - 6:00)

Pay

Starting at $29.00/hour, based on date of state licensure

Location

Sycamore Glen

Status

Full-Time: 36 hours a week with every other weekend and holiday rotation

PRN: Minimum 3 full 12 hour shifts per month, with one of those days being a Saturday OR a Sunday
