Job description
The Registered Nurse serves as a healthcare team leader, establishing personalized relationships with patients and their support systems.
They collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or comfort.
The role requires the use of evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their health journey.
The nurse is responsible, accountable, and authorized to manage and deliver care in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a valid North Carolina nursing license, and preferred one year of relevant experience.
