About This Role
The Staff Nurse RN in the Foot Care Clinic provides nursing care to a defined group of patients, coordinating and facilitating health care services while adhering to established standards and policies. This role is ideal for nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do
Provide ongoing assessment of nursing care needs for a defined group of patients.
Develop a written plan of care based on nursing diagnosis and patient needs.
Assist patients and families in developing health care goals as part of the individualized plan of care.
Provide nursing interventions safely and competently, including telephone consultations.
Evaluate patients' responses to care and modify care plans in collaboration with the health care team.
Assess and plan care for patients requiring hospitalization, initiating nursing admission database and discharge planning.
Communicate patients' psychosocial, cultural, and emotional needs in nurse-patient interactions.
Develop educational components for nursing care plans and provide teaching/counseling to patients and families.
Integrate health promotion and preventive care into ongoing assessments.
Participate in continued education programs and professional activities to enhance nursing practice.
