About This Role
As a Staff Nurse in the Horizon Program, you will provide safe, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering high-quality care.

Pay:
$133,595 - $153,220/year
Location: Bronxville, NY
Facility: NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Westchester Behavioral Health
Schedule: Full-time, Evening shift (11am - 11:30 pm) with rotating weekend coverage
What You'll Do
Provide safe, patient-centered care to individuals in behavioral health crises.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs.
Promote recovery and support patients and families.
Ensure the highest standards of safety and quality in care delivery.
Utilize clinical expertise and strong critical thinking skills.
Engage in evidence-based practices and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
Experience
At least 1 year of previous experience in inpatient psychiatric nursing preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Current New York State RN license
BCLS certification (from accredited AHA organization)
Complete Nurse Residency Program if new Graduate
