Job description
The University of Iowa Health Care Department of Nursing is seeking a Staff Nurse (RN) for the Lower Level Short Stay Unit (LL JCP) in Iowa City. This 24-hour per week role offers a 60% time commitment and weekend-day shifts, with a sign-on bonus up to $12,500.
Staff nurses provide need-based assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, coordinate discharge planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions home after a short stay.
