Staff Nurse SNF
Description
Department: HPTE SNF NU Hamlin Park Rehab
Location: HighPointe, Buffalo, NY, US
Work type: Part‑Time, benefit eligible
Scheduled work hours: 3 pm–11 pm
Shift: 2
Assesses and treats human responses to actual and potential health problems through services such as case finding, health teaching, health counseling and provision of care supportive or restorative of life and well‑being. Executes medical regimens prescribed by a licensed physician, dentist or other licensed health care provider legally authorized under the NYS Education Department and in accordance with NYS Department of Health regulations. Adheres to current Kaleida policies and standards of practice.
Education and Credentials
Current NYS registration as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) and American Heart Association – Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire and must be maintained thereafter.
Successful passing of background check required.
