Job description
Aerospike, a real-time database company, seeks a Staff Performance Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team. You will characterize the performance and reliability of Aerospike's database platform, focusing on the server and client libraries, and contribute across product areas as needed.
You will design workloads, establish repeatable baselines, detect regressions before release, and help scale performance coverage across builds and environments.
