Job description
A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist to work in a fast-paced retail pharmacy located within a major campus setting. Location:
Retail pharmacy on a prominent healthcare campus in Allegan, MI
Nearby Kalamazoo, MI area
Schedule: Monday through Friday
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Responsibilities: Accurately verify and fill 600-700 prescriptions per day in a busy retail pharmacy
Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations
Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and safety
Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active Michigan Pharmacist license
Michigan Controlled Substance License
Minimum of one year of retail pharmacy experience
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage a high workload efficiently and provide exceptional patient care
