Job description
A specialty compounding pharmacy in Sterling Heights, MI, is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a contract assignment lasting 4 to 8 weeks, with the possibility of extension. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment focused on specialty compounding and sterile injectables.
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Responsibilities: Verify compounded medications and sterile injectables with accuracy and attention to detail
Manage a high-volume workload efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and safety protocols
Collaborate with pharmacy staff to support seamless operations within the compounding environment
Qualifications: Licensed Pharmacist with an active Michigan Pharmacy License
Proven experience in compounding and sterile injectable preparation
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting
