Shift Details: 7 on 7 off nights 8pm - 7:30am Thursday - Thursday
Weekly Schedule: 36 Hours
Certifications / Licence: BLS
Mandatory Experience: Staff Pharmacist
7-days on/7-days off position, with work weeks running from Thursday night --> Thursday morning.
On-week hours are 2000 - 0730
Operates as the sole Pharmacist in the hospital from 1130 - 0600, with CPhT support throughout the night
Bachelor of Science or Pharm D. degree from an American Colleges of Pharmacy Education required.
Must have a valid Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
1 year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
