Job description
Encompass Health in Lubbock, TX seeks a Staff Pharmacist to provide safe, effective medication therapy for patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will verify orders, perform clinical medication reviews, dose adjustments, and therapeutic monitoring, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
