Job description

Encompass Health in Lubbock, TX seeks a Staff Pharmacist to provide safe, effective medication therapy for patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will verify orders, perform clinical medication reviews, dose adjustments, and therapeutic monitoring, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize outcomes, educate patients and staff on medication use, and support quality, safety, and performance‑improvement initiatives in a mission‑driven, team‑oriented environment.
