In addition to supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, you are accountable for supporting the management, oversight and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy. nnWorkflow Management A key component of the Staff Pharmacist role is keeping your customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs. Additionally, you will:

nnMotivate, inspire and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues’ strengths, address development opportunities and decrease knowledge gaps

n nRequired Qualifications

nMinimum Required Qualifications:

nnnActive Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed

n

nnNot on the DEA Excluded Parties List

n

nnImmunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)

n

nnFree of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances

n

n nPreferred Qualifications

nBachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

nThe typical pay range for this role is:

n$60.00 - $76.00

nThis pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
