WhatYou'll be Doing:
\ N Fill prescriptions safely accurately.
\ N Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members and leadership.
\ N Hold pharmacy technicians accountable for results in an appropriate and effective manner and have a vision to expand and grow the pharmacy business.
\ N Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians to be effective team members.
\ N Motivate team members to perform to their highest level.
\ N Competent and knowledgeable of Meijer Policies and Procedures as well as state and federal laws.
\ N Effective communicationskills and agent of change.
\ N Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
\ N Listen to the patient and resolve patient’s needs, customer service.
\ N In the absence of the pharmacist in charge, will be responsible for the pharmacy operations.
\ N Perform and oversee (where allowed) clinical services, including immunizations

\ N What You Bring With You (Qualifications):
\ N Bachelor of Science Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
\ N Registered and licensedin the state of practice.
\ N Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana)
\ N Retail/Community Practice.
\ N Working knowledge of pharmacy system, working knowledge of policies and procedures, understanding of regulatory in the state the unit operates.
