Generations Family Health Center in Putnam, CT is seeking an Experienced Staff Physician in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (MD/DO) to deliver comprehensive primary care, from exams to education and continuity of care.
The role requires an MD or DO from an accredited school, residency in FM/IM, board certification or eligibility, CT licensure eligibility, and willingness to work in a team-based, community-focused setting with opportunities for clinical teaching and career growth.
