Salary Range: $235,000.00 To $268,000.00 Annually
Purpose
Trillium Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Physician specializing in Infectious Diseases to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in our licensed diagnostic and treatment center under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Infectious Disease Consultation to adult patients on-site in clinic with an interdisciplinary approach.
Participate in a rotating weekly phone-based call system to handle urgent patient communications, ED visits, hospital admissions, panic lab values, etc.
Teaching/Training
Precept students, residents, and other medical staff during elective rotations at Trillium Health.
Obtain 100 or more CME credits every two years to remain eligible for medical staff credentialing and commercial insurance credentialing.
Administrative Responsibilities
Complete all clinical documentation within 3 business days of medical treatment.
Conduct Ongoing Peer Reviews on a quarterly basis and Focused Peer Reviews as assigned.
Perform duties related to quality assurance and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications
Preferred: M.D. or D.O. Degree and Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine, with a Fellowship in Infectious Disease. Or HIV specialist physicians as credentialed by the American Academy of HIV Medicine.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, sit, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
Occasionally stoop, bend, lift, or move up to 25 lbs.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
