Primary Duties and Responsibilities
UCLA Health is seeking a board‑certified Urologist responsible for providing world class clinical care at the UCLA Health Urology West Hills clinic. Primary job duty shall be to provide direct general urology patient care for patients at community practice, as part of UCLA Urology West Hills.
Target Salary range: $300,000.00-$400,000.00 Annual
Job Qualifications
Maintain a current license to practice medicine in the State of California
Board Certified in Urology
Fluoroscopy license
Ability to travel between UCLA Urology clinics as needed
Maintain a Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”) license without restrictions, to the extent necessary to render professional medical services pursuant to the job duties and responsibilities set forth in the Position Description
As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer.
