Job description
Block’s Data Science team in San Francisco builds and measures credit products powering Cash App Borrow, Afterpay, and Square Loans. You’ll define metrics, run experiments, and translate complex product questions into actionable decisions that expand access to credit.
You will use AI tools and agent workflows to speed analyses, stress-test hypotheses, and deliver scalable decision frameworks, partnering with product, engineering, and risk teams to impact customers and business outcomes.
